Many legends and stories surround the Stewardship Tower. A dragon is said to have sowed terror and disease in the city of Bordeaux, before settling in this tower. To stop its breathing, the dragon asked the villagers for food and young people every Saturday. It was then that Nicolette arrived and managed to make the dragon speak after a few bottles of wine. It was then that she learned what the dragon was missing: the pastoral staff of Saint-Martial, found in the Treasury of Limoges Cathedral.
