Many legends and stories surround the Intendance Tower. A dragon would have sown terror and disease in the city of Bordeaux, before settling in this tower. To stop his breath, the dragon asked the villagers for food and young people every Saturday. It was then that Nicolette arrived and succeeded in making the dragon speak after a few bottles of wine. It was then that she learned what the dragon was missing: the pastoral staff of Saint-Martial, found in the Treasury of Limoges Cathedral.
